This, I feel, successfully set the tone for the day.

While a day spent with your favourite public sector digital twitter idols can be an intimidating thought (particularly so for someone with a lot of energy to discover where they fit in that community but with a small social tank) for future first-time attendees I can only offer my takeaway that the positivity, openness and group enthusiasm to share in each other’s experiences quickly takes over.

What struck me most was how easily the sessions managed to reach outside everyone’s comfort zone at a high level as well as provide a safe space for introspection of the working environment that we’re all responsible. Often intractable conversations — “what can’t technology solve” were balanced with questions that challenged our own organisational cultures.
