We had the chance to discussed with Evandro Holz and Mariano Rossi, co-founders of ClUrb, a startup developing and implementing digital tools on urban topics, such as disaster risk management and slum upgrading, focused on the least resourced cities and communities.

Evandro is an Urban Engineer with more than 15 years of experience in more than 25 countries. He’s the CEO and co-founder of ClUrb, a startup developing and implementing digital tools on urban topics, such as disaster risk management and slum upgrading, focused on the least resourced cities and communities. He is also an international technical advisor to UN-Habitat for Portuguese-speaking countries in Africa. Evandro served as country coordinator in Cabo Verde in 2019, and he’s currently focal point for Angola. His work involves bringing policy to action and action to policy in the areas of sustainable urban development, housing, urban resilience, climate change mitigation and adaptation, environmental management and project financing.
